Keiretsu Capital provides opportunities to a select group of young professionals who have demonstrated interest and leadership in the areas of early stage investment and entrepreneurialism.
Sam Essabhoy is a current third-year student at the University of Washington, where he is studying economics and statistics. Having grown up in the technology-centric San Francisco Bay Area, Sam is interested in the application of tech to the development of business. Outside of the classroom, Sam is deeply involved in his fraternity, Alpha Epsilon Pi, where he has held numerous executive positions.
Iman is a rising Junior at the University of Washington studying Finance, Information Systems, and Economics. He has always been fascinated by the ways businesses in various industries raise capital in order to compete within their respective markets. Having previously interned as a Blogging Intern at WallStreetOasis.com, he hopes to continue his passion for the financial markets by gaining hands-on experience here at Keiretsu Capital
Louis A. Le Merle
Louis is a student-athlete at the University of California, Berkeley where he is majoring in Economics, Business and the Built Environment. Louis has a great interest in real estate development and investments. When not in the classroom, Louis directs his efforts towards constant performance improvement as a member of the California Golden Bears Rugby Team. Louis is based in San Francisco.
Caleb McKinley is a Senior studying accounting and finance at the Washington State University and assists with the portfolio management team. His interests include business management, creative marketing solutions, sales, and business communications. Caleb joined the Keiretsu Capital team after having success in non-profit fundraising and hopes to apply his use his unique skillset to his work in angel investing. Outside of finance, Caleb has experience as a custom garment designer and private drum lesson teacher.
Joe is a current Senior student at the University of Washington, Seattle, pursuing a B.S. degree in Informatics with a focus in Data Science. Joe is interested in Big Data technologies, Cloud computing, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning. He is always taking measures to improve his technical skill sets. Joe's hobbies consist of playing tennis and traveling.
Kristoffer is a Senior at the University of Washington. A Southern California transplant, Kristoffer's interests lie in the field of biotech. A microbiology major with a business mindset, he hopes to find and support startups that share his passion for genetics.
Jayson is currently a Junior at the University of Washington studying Finance and Information Systems in the Foster School of Business. He is passionate about learning entrepreneurial skills and investments. In the future, Jayson hopes to start his own business that would not only be successful in the business perspective but also impactful in our society. He is also currently part of the Event Organizers team for the Indonesian Students Association at the University of Washington, a non-profit organization which annually hosts a $50,000 cultural project called Keraton. Some of his hobbies include playing basketball and spending time with his family.
As a Junior at Miami University (Ohio), Adam Bush studies digital marketing, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and interactive media studies in an interdisciplinary manner. The Cleveland, Ohio native is interested in bringing his unique skills and mindset to the tech startup industry. He has worked as a product manager, and also solely built a marketing branch for a digital production agency in his past two summers. Adam enjoys staying active, working out, playing sports, and snowboarding. After college he plans to move out of Ohio to a warmer place; however, never stop cheering for his Cleveland sports teams (Indians, Cavaliers, and Browns (maybe)).
Jerry is a junior at the University of Washington studying Finance and Informatics. He is interested in the intersection between law, business, and technology, particularly in achieving effective corporate governance through stewardship, diversity, and innovation. Jerry enjoys skiing and spending time with his family and friends.
Dylan is a student-athlete at the University of California, Berkeley, pursuing a B.A. degree in American Studies - with a concentration in Business and Organizational Behavior. Dylan has a deep interest in private equity investments. When not in the classroom, Dylan has been a rower on the UC Berkeley Crew team and is also a member of the UC Berkeley Baseball Team. Dylan is based in San Francisco.
Tuleeka Hazra is a Senior at Miami University (Ohio) with a passion for early stage and high growth companies. She is perusing a degree from the Farmer School of Business in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Interactive Media Studies and Data Analytics. While at Miami Tuleeka served as the managing director for Red Hawk Ventures (Miami University student managed venture capital fund), and had the privilege of connecting many talented founders to the capital resources they required. Outside of the startup ecosystem Tuleeka’s passions include travel and volunteering. Her most memorable trip was studying abroad in Bali Indonesia. Causes she is passionate about include impact investing and women’s health both domestically and globally.
Miles is a student-athlete at the University of California, Berkeley, pursuing a B.A. degree in Political Economy - with an emphasis in the field of International Trade. Miles has a great interest in entrepreneurialism, innovation and real estate. When not in the classroom, Miles directs his efforts towards constant performance improvement as a member of the California Golden Bears Rugby Team. Miles is based in San Francisco.
Spencer is a graduating senior at the University of Washington, pursuing a degree in economics. He has previous experience in angel investing and spent several years as a journalist and editor at The Daily. He is passionate about marketing and works to increase communication with the Keiretsu community. He holds several student leadership positions at the UW, including serving as an Executive Officer for Phi Sigma Pi, Zeta Sigma chapter.
Thomas is currently a graduate business school student at Hult International Business School. He has experience in investment management at Allianz and entrepreneurialism having founded two companies in his native Poland. Thomas is passionate about investing and entrepreneurialism. Thomas is based in San Francisco.
